Empower Home Care LLC was established in August 2017. Our founder started the agency because, like others in rural areas, he also had family members that needed care services. Since then, our agency has been helping those in need.
We have a leadership team that does the day-to-day activities and processes. We provide in-home attendant care and support services. Natively owned but diversely run, we work in rural areas of the tribal lands of Arizona.
We are an AHCCCS provider and work hand-in-hand with individuals needing care privately. We have obtained multiple business licenses and have been serving multiple areas in Arizona.
As a provider of home care services, we take care of our clients and provide for their needs in the comfort of their homes. We make sure to tailor our care plans to the specific needs of our clients. Our team is composed of highly qualified professionals, so you can rest assured that you or your loved ones are in good hands.
